Welcome to Vintage Designer Club. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of our website and to purchases made through our online store.

Vintage Designer Club is operated by Body Boost, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 82896844, with VAT number NL003744544B81.

By using our website or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy.

About Vintage Designer Club

Vintage Designer Club is an online retailer specialising in authentic pre-owned and vintage designer items.

Our products are unique, pre-owned items. Each item may therefore have its own characteristics, signs of wear and condition. We make every reasonable effort to describe and photograph each item accurately.

Vintage Designer Club is an online-only webshop. We do not operate a physical store or showroom.

Using Our Website

You may use our website for lawful purposes only.

You agree not to:

use our website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes;
provide false or misleading information;
interfere with the operation or security of our website;
attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems;

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

Authenticity

Authenticity is extremely important to Vintage Designer Club.

Our items are carefully checked before being offered for sale, and we provide an authenticity guarantee in accordance with the terms stated on our website.

If you have concerns regarding the authenticity of an item you have purchased, please contact us at contact@vintagedesignerclub.com so that we can investigate the matter.

Our authenticity guarantee does not limit any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

Orders & Purchase Agreement

When you place an order through our website, you are submitting an offer to purchase the selected product or products.

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation confirms that we have received your order; it does not necessarily mean that the order has already been shipped.

A purchase agreement is concluded when your order has been accepted by Vintage Designer Club, subject to applicable law.

Because our products are often unique, an item may become unavailable due to an inventory or technical error. If we are unable to fulfil an order, we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible and refund any amount already paid for the unavailable item.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, technical or inventory errors, or other legitimate reasons permitted by law.

If an order is cancelled by us after payment has been received, the amount paid for the cancelled order will be refunded.

Prices & Payment

All prices displayed on our website are stated in euros and include VAT where applicable, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Any applicable shipping costs or other additional charges will be clearly communicated before you complete your purchase.

The price applicable to your order is the price displayed on our website at the time you place the order, unless there is an obvious pricing or technical error.

We may offer discounts, promotional codes or other promotions. Additional terms may apply to specific promotions.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping and payment information.

We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing or technical errors. If an obvious error has resulted in an incorrect price being displayed, we may contact you before fulfilling the order.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship orders using trusted carriers, including DHL, UPS, FedEx and PostNL, depending on the destination and shipping option selected.

Once your order has been shipped, we will provide tracking information where available.

Delivery times shown on our website are estimates unless a specific delivery date has been expressly agreed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as carrier delays, customs procedures, extreme weather, strikes or other events outside our reasonable control.

However, nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights regarding delivery. The risk of loss or damage remains with Vintage Designer Club until the product has been received by you or by a person designated by you to receive it.

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact us so that we can assist you.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal

For online purchases, consumers generally have a statutory 14-day withdrawal period, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory right of withdrawal or other consumer rights.

Where applicable, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, provided this was clearly communicated before the purchase.

Product Complaints & Legal Guarantee

Our products are sold as pre-owned items and may show signs of previous use. These characteristics are taken into account in the product description and do not, by themselves, constitute a defect.

However, pre-owned products remain subject to applicable statutory consumer rights.

If an item does not conform to the purchase agreement or has a defect that was not disclosed, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@vintagedesignerclub.com.

We will assess the issue and, where applicable, provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts mandatory statutory consumer rights.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Vintage Designer Club website, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, designs, product descriptions, videos and other materials, is owned by Vintage Designer Club, its licensors or other respective rights holders, unless otherwise stated.

You may access and use this content for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, commercially exploit or otherwise use our content without our prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

The Vintage Designer Club name, logo and other brand elements may not be used without our prior written permission.

If you submit a review, photograph, comment or other content to us, you confirm that you have the right to provide that content and that it does not infringe the rights of another person.

By submitting content to us, you grant Vintage Designer Club a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and display that content for purposes connected with our business, including displaying customer reviews on our website and marketing channels.

Your purchase, however, is made directly with Vintage Designer Club.
