Privacy Rights in South Africa

If you are located in South Africa, the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) gives you rights over the personal information we hold about you.

Your rights

• Access: ask whether we hold personal information about you and request a copy.
• Correction and deletion: have inaccurate, irrelevant or outdated information corrected or deleted.
• Objection: object to the processing of your information, including for direct marketing.

How to make a request

Email us at contact@vintagedesignerclub.com with the subject “Privacy request” and include your full name, the email address used for your account or orders, and which right you wish to exercise. To protect your data, we may ask you to verify your identity first.

We respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.
